Tea & Juice Maker – Urgent Hiring in Al Ain

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Tea & Juice Maker to join our high‑end restaurant in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide range of teas, fresh juices, smoothies and specialty beverages while upholding the highest standards of taste, hygiene and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve traditional teas, flavored teas and a variety of fresh juices, shakes and smoothies.
• Maintain consistent quality, taste and visual appeal of all beverages.
• Operate and maintain juicers, blenders and other beverage equipment safely.
• Keep the beverage preparation area clean, organized and compliant with food‑safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels of fruits, tea leaves, milk and other ingredients, minimizing waste.
• Take beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Support the kitchen and beverage team during peak periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tea Maker, Juice Maker or similar role in a hospitality setting.
• Good knowledge of tea varieties, fresh‑juice preparation and beverage presentation.
• Understanding of food‑safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Physically fit, able to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.

• Operation of juicers, blenders and related beverage equipment.
