Team Lead - Ecommerce Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Lead to drive our Internal Marketplace ecommerce operations across the UAE and the Gulf region. You will ensure seamless vendor coordination, payment processing, and customer support liaison while scaling marketplace activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor onboarding, stock and pricing updates, and promotional activities.
• Monitor vendor responsiveness and resolve recurring operational issues.
• Act as the primary liaison between ecommerce and Customer Support, handling escalations and tracking complaint trends.
• Maintain a centralized invoice tracker, oversee invoice approvals, and work with Finance to ensure timely vendor payments.
• Produce operational reports and monitor marketplace performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in ecommerce or marketplace operations, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track and report on operational KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration with vendors, finance, warehouse, and support teams.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple workflows simultaneously.
