Logistics Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead site logistics operations for high‑rise construction projects in the UAE. The role ensures timely material delivery, efficient site access, and compliance with safety regulations to support project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage logistics operations for high‑rise construction sites.
• Coordinate material delivery schedules to guarantee on‑time availability.
• Supervise loading, unloading and storage of construction materials.
• Control site access, traffic flow, and crane/lifting coordination.
• Liaise with procurement, project teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor and control on‑site inventory and stock levels.
• Implement logistics plans, site layout and material flow strategies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company HSE policies.
• Optimize equipment, manpower and transport resources.
• Maintain records of deliveries, dispatches and logistics reports.
• Resolve logistics‑related issues or delays promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of UAE construction logistics experience, preferably on high‑rise projects.
• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Civil Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and site operations.
• Familiarity with UAE authority regulations and safety standards.
• Excellent coordination, communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability preferred.
