Team Lead – Housekeeping (Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre)

About the role

The Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Team Lead to oversee the cleanliness and service standards of its 377 luxury serviced residences. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will coordinate daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction and support cross‑departmental collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the engineering department to schedule and follow up on maintenance repairs across all areas.
• Communicate new or updated housekeeping procedures to relevant teams, ensuring clear understanding and compliance.
• Control the usage of guest amenities, cleaning chemicals, equipment and linen to prevent misuse, waste or over‑ordering.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly inventory counts and reporting.
• Coordinate with Banqueting and Food & Beverage departments to prepare areas according to event and service requirements.

Required profile

• High School Graduate (mandatory); Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of full‑time experience in housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hotel or serviced‑apartment environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
