Team Lead – Real Estate Sales

About the role

Kingdom Real Estate seeks an ambitious, commercially driven Team Leader to manage an existing team of at least six real estate agents and drive sales performance in Dubai’s competitive property market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop an existing team of property consultants.
• Drive sales performance, deal closures, and revenue growth.
• Recruit and onboard new talent to expand the team.
• Coach agents on sales strategies, negotiations, and client management.
• Monitor targets, pipeline activity, and individual team performance.
• Identify market opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.

Required profile

• An existing team of at least six real estate agents.
• Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales management.
• Strong personal and team sales track record.
• Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s off‑plan and secondary property markets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and recruitment capabilities.
• Performance‑driven mindset focused on revenue and business growth.
