Team Lead – Zenzi Beach

About the role

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is seeking an enthusiastic Team Lead to oversee the beachside dining experience at Zenzi Beach. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest receives warm, attentive service in a luxurious setting.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, escort them to their tables and provide seating information.
• Explain menu items, specials and promotions, handling dietary or allergy queries.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while complying with alcohol service regulations.
• Serve food and drinks professionally and manage billing and payments through the MICROS system.
• Gather guest feedback, resolve concerns promptly and maintain high guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary School Certificate (or equivalent) with basic food and hygiene training; a Diploma in Hotel Management is a plus.
• 2‑3 years of experience as a waiter/waitress in a luxury hotel.
• Experience handling telephone enquiries and using the MICROS cashiering system.
• Basic computer literacy and fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, reliability and attention to detail.
