Team Leader – Business Setup Advisor

About the role

Manhattan Management Consultancy is looking for an experienced, results‑driven Team Leader – Business Setup Advisor to head its business‑setup team and assist entrepreneurs and investors in establishing companies across the UAE. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of UAE company formation with strong leadership and a proven track record of driving sales performance while delivering excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of Business Setup Advisors to meet sales targets and business objectives.
• Provide guidance on Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore company formation processes.
• Monitor team performance, conduct coaching sessions and implement improvement plans.
• Handle complex client inquiries and deliver expert consultation on business‑setup solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners and relevant authorities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with UAE regulations and licensing requirements.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses for management.
• Assist in shaping sales strategies and identifying new business opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction throughout the setup journey.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE business‑setup consultancy, company formation or a related field.
• Previous supervisory, senior advisor or team‑leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland, Free Zone and Offshore formation procedures.
• Excellent sales, negotiation and client‑relationship management abilities.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team‑management capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
