Team Leader - Healthy Concept

About the role

The Independent Food Company is seeking a proactive Team Leader to oversee its healthy‑concept outlets under the SOIL brand in the UAE. The role will involve hands‑on supervision of both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations across multiple locations, ensuring smooth daily service and consistent brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the outlet team in day‑to‑day operations, covering both FOH and BOH activities.
• Provide flexible coverage for SOIL outlets in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other UAE locations as needed.
• Manage food‑delivery aggregator platforms, ensuring orders are processed accurately and timely.
• Assist with daily ordering, inventory control, and stock level monitoring.
• Prepare basic operational reports when required.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene, and company standards throughout the outlet.
• Train and mentor team members to maintain high service quality.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house restaurant operations.
• Ability to work flexibly across multiple locations within the UAE.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory and ordering processes.
• Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
• Leadership qualities with a focus on team development.
