Team Leader – Hospitality Operations (Dubai & Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are expanding our hospitality team in the UAE and are looking for experienced Team Leaders to oversee daily operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while guiding your team to achieve operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team to meet service and operational standards.
• Maintain the highest hospitality standards and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching and support employee development.
• Address customer concerns promptly and resolve issues professionally.
• Uphold cleanliness, presentation and operational standards at all times.
• Collaborate with management to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Foster a positive, collaborative and high‑performing work environment.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Background in Hotel, Hospitality or Food & Beverage is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Arabic speaking ability is preferred.
• Available to join immediately.
