About the role
Asset Homez International Properties LLC is seeking an experienced Team Leader to head its real‑estate sales team in Business Bay, Dubai. The role involves leading a group of agents, driving sales performance and fostering talent development within a fast‑growing brokerage.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and manage a team of real‑estate agents to achieve sales targets.
- Recruit, coach and develop new agents, ensuring continuous skill improvement.

Required profile
