About the role
The company is seeking a UAE national to lead its retail sales team, overseeing daily operations and driving performance against sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and guide the retail sales team, allocating duties, shifts, and floor responsibilities.
- Drive the team to achieve daily/monthly sales targets and KPIs, monitoring performance and providing coaching.
- Ensure high standards of customer service, handle queries, complaints and escalations professionally.
- Maintain merchandise presentation, stock levels, and compliance with cash‑handling, POS and store policies.
- Prepare basic sales, attendance and productivity reports and coordinate staffing needs with the Store Manager.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of retail sales, customer service and store operations.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage KPIs.
- People‑management, coaching and problem‑solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
