Team Leader - TC

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to oversee daily operations at our Orange Wheels centre in Dubai. The role combines operational management, sales driving, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across play areas, café, party hall and retail spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day activities, ensuring grooming standards and SOP compliance.
• Conduct 15‑minute briefings, monitor absenteeism and enforce a no‑phone policy.
• Manage inventory, office supplies and timely ordering of materials.
• Coordinate parties, oversee café operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Submit daily End‑of‑Day reports to Area Manager, Finance and Regional Manager.
• Drive weekly sales targets, update sales board and provide insights to the team.
• Handle customer complaints, ensure safety and satisfaction for kids and parents.
• Maintain SharePoint data for maintenance, inventory and attendance; address maintenance issues promptly.
• Motivate staff through recognition schemes, daily quotes and training initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising a team in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to uphold SOPs, safety standards and a high level of service quality.
