Key responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and retain a motivated team in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Set individual and team objectives, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
• Drive sales performance, clienteling, and cross‑selling on the sales floor.
• Ensure optimal floor management, visual merchandising, and operational compliance.
• Communicate corporate strategy, market feedback, and action plans to the team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail with prior team‑leadership exposure.
• Strong people‑management and coaching capabilities.
• Commercially driven with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example in a demanding retail environment.
