About the role
Pearson is seeking a dynamic Team Manager to lead its Qualifications sales team in Dubai. You will coach, inspire and drive a high‑performing group to exceed revenue targets while representing Pearson’s brand across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team to achieve and surpass revenue goals for school qualifications.
- Monitor sales activity, track results and report on performance, pipeline and market trends to senior management.
- Collaborate with training, marketing and product teams to ensure regional plans are fit‑for‑purpose.
- Build and manage relationships with key partners, school groups and ministries to maximise opportunities.
- Coach, develop and performance‑manage direct reports, setting clear goals and fostering a positive culture.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing sales teams in education or a related sector.
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Experience with pipeline management, reporting and cross‑functional collaboration.
- People‑management experience is essential.
