About the role
Technical Lead with strong experience in designing and delivering scalable web applications. Responsible for leading engineering teams, driving architecture decisions, and ensuring high-quality, reliable, and maintainable software delivery across the full stack.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable applications
- Define technical architecture, coding standards, and best practices
- Guide and mentor engineers through design reviews and code reviews
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Drive delivery of features with focus on quality, performance, and timelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders for successful delivery
- Continuously improve engineering processes, automation, and system reliability

- Engineering practices: Agile, Code Reviews, Design Patterns, Performance Optimization
- Tools: Git, CI/CD, Monitoring & Logging
