Technical Commercial Manager

About the role

The Technical Commercial Manager will support customers across the GCC region by combining deep technical expertise with commercial acumen. You will drive growth by delivering tailored surface‑treatment solutions, improving processes, and building strong relationships with customers, distributors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new market opportunities and acquire customers through technical engagement.
• Conduct on‑site visits, process audits, product trials and technical evaluations.
• Lead implementation of new products, applications and process improvements at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, determine root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Provide technical training and product support to customers, distributors and internal staff.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and regulatory changes relevant to surface‑treatment applications.
• Manage customer accounts, pricing, contracts and project pipelines.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, segment management and supply‑chain teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in surface‑treatment, coatings or chemical processing with a strong customer‑facing component.
• Proven commercial mindset, entrepreneurial attitude and ability to work independently.
• Excellent project‑management, problem‑solving and communication skills.
