Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

Analog is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of customer and partner solutions across its portfolio. This customer‑facing position will own the execution of signed agreements, ensuring scope, timelines and quality commitments are met while building strong relationships with strategic stakeholders in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Own contract delivery: plan and execute customer contracts, guaranteeing deliverables meet agreed scope, schedule and quality standards.
• Act as the primary delivery partner for government, enterprise and strategic customers, fostering trusted relationships.
• Translate agreements into actionable project plans, milestones and responsibilities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, product, AI research, robotics partners and business units.
• Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies early, ensuring proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Drive delivery excellence and maintain long‑term customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 60 months (5 years) of experience in technical delivery, program or project management.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise‑scale solutions in AI, robotics or digital‑twin environments.
• Strong customer‑facing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing complex contracts.
