Technical Documentation Specialist – ERP Systems

About the role

As a Technical Documentation Specialist you will document and illustrate processes within an ERP system, creating user manuals and training materials to help end‑users navigate and use the system effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Document business processes and workflows within ERP system.
• Create user manuals, training materials, and other documentation to support end‑users.
• Design process flow diagrams and visual representations of workflows using tools like Visio, Lucidchart or similar.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather information and validate procedures.
• Ensure documentation is clear, concise, and user‑friendly.
• Update and maintain documentation as the system and processes evolve.
• Conduct user training sessions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business, or Communications).
• Proven experience as a technical writer or documentation specialist, preferably with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with technical writing standards and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong familiarity with the Odoo platform and its functionalities is a plus.
