Technical Office Engineer – Electrical & Instrumentation

About the role

Archirodon Construction is seeking a motivated Technical Office Engineer specialized in Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) to support a major EPC project in the United Arab Emirates. You will act as a bridge between engineering, procurement, and construction teams, ensuring technical accuracy and smooth execution on site.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review method statements, material approval requests (MAR/MR) and E&I work packages.
• Coordinate with the engineering team to resolve design issues and align site requirements.
• Conduct vendor site surveys, collect technical data, and support procurement with technical queries.
• Develop tie‑in schedules for shutdown periods and ensure all drawings, documents, and materials meet project deadlines.
• Generate red‑line mark‑up drawings reflecting site modifications and monitor daily progress reports.
• Verify 3D models and material take‑offs (MTO), flag deviations, and raise purchase requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant EPC experience.
• Proven experience in vendor drawing reviews and interfacing with clients, contractors, and sub‑contractors.
• Strong ability to provide technical support to procurement and construction teams.
