Technical Office Engineer – Electrical & Instrumentation

About the role

Archirodon is seeking a motivated Electrical & Instrumentation Technical Office Engineer to join its EPC team in the UAE. You will support the delivery of complex energy, marine and infrastructure projects by preparing technical documentation, coordinating with engineering and construction teams, and ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review method statements, material approval requests (MAR/MR) and E&I work packages.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction teams to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth site execution.
• Conduct site surveys with vendors, provide technical data, and verify vendor drawings against project specifications.
• Develop tie‑in schedules for shutdown periods and manage red‑line drawings reflecting site modifications.
• Monitor daily progress, report status, and highlight any material deviations to procurement.
• Verify 3D models and material take‑offs, raising deviations to engineering for purchase requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant EPC experience, including vendor drawing reviews and on‑site calibration.
• Hands‑on experience in fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and commissioning of E&I systems.
• Strong coordination with civil, mechanical and piping disciplines.
• Familiarity with HSE and QA/QC procedures.
