Technical Product Manager - Airline Operations

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of technology solutions that support airline and crew operations. You will work within a dynamic IT team, shaping products that enhance the crew journey, training, compliance and qualification tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Technical Product Owners (TPOs) to translate prioritized initiatives into technical features and MVPs.
• Collaborate with TPOs, vendors, and IT stakeholders to plan and execute Program Increment (PI) cycles.
• Assess business value, capacity and backlog sequencing to ensure alignment with product vision and roadmap.
• Oversee the delivery of crew management and engagement solutions across engineering backlogs.
• Drive continuous improvement of airline operations technology through data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical product management, preferably in aviation or a service provider to airlines.
• Hands‑on knowledge of crew management systems and the end‑to‑end crew journey.
• Proven ability to lead and empower cross‑functional product teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in business value assessment.
