Technical Product Manager / Delivery Lead – Governed Digital & AI Platform

About the role

We are a global real‑estate developer seeking a Technical Product Manager / Delivery Lead to own and build our governed Digital & AI Platform in Dubai. This hybrid role combines technical product ownership with hands‑on delivery leadership, responsible for architecture, deployment and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the platform’s solution architecture, including authentication, APIs, design system and data schema, ensuring isolation between modules.
• Run the promotion path across Development, UAT and Production with defined gate criteria and manage batched releases using feature flags.
• Onboard and integrate independently built modules through contract compliance, integration testing and graduation gates.
• Lead the engineering team (AI engineers, data engineer, graduate developer), set sprint cadence, review code and architecture, and grow the team with new hires.
• Ensure all live capabilities are auditable, access‑controlled and defensible according to company governance standards.

Required profile

• At least eight years of software delivery experience, with a minimum of four years leading engineering or technical product teams.
• Hands‑on engineering background capable of reading code, designing APIs and data schemas, and making architecture decisions.
• Proven experience managing multi‑environment deployment lifecycles (Development, UAT, Production) with CI/CD and release governance.

Required skills

• Modern web application architecture, API design and data modelling.
• Cloud deployment, infrastructure‑as‑code and pipeline automation.
• CI/CD, feature‑flagging, version control and branching strategy at team scale.
• AI‑assisted development tooling (e.g., Claude Code) and experience with large language model stacks.
