About the role
The company is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the development of the Estbyaan platform. You will be the primary technical point of contact, overseeing planning, execution, and quality assurance while coordinating closely with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Define project scope, create sprint plans, and manage timelines.
- Assign tasks, supervise resources, and guide the development team.
- Oversee technical design, architecture decisions, and code quality.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure rigorous quality assurance.
- Communicate progress, resolve issues, and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading software development projects using agile/scrum methodologies.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
- Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with survey or data‑collection systems is a plus.
