Technical Recruiter – AI Recruitment Tool (Remote)

About the role

This position focuses on building and enhancing Zara, an AI‑powered recruitment platform that automates candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement. You will work remotely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable machine‑learning solutions that improve hiring efficiency and reduce bias.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and fine‑tune machine‑learning models to boost candidate‑matching accuracy.
• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure for natural‑language processing of resumes and job descriptions.
• Integrate Zara with ATS, HR databases, and external job platforms via RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to curate training datasets and monitor model performance.
• Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Hands‑on expertise in NLP using spaCy or Hugging Face libraries.
• Proven ability to build and deploy scalable AI systems in production.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker).
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
