Technical Sales & Account Manager – Data Center Security

About the role

Johnson Controls is expanding its Data Centre vertical and is looking for a Technical Sales & Account Manager to drive security solutions in the UAE. You will focus on data‑center security products such as access control, CCTV and intruder detection, building long‑term relationships with engineers, contractors, hyperscalers and colocation operators across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with consulting engineers, design‑build contractors and data‑centre operators.
• Lead technical specifications and presentations for Johnson Controls security portfolio.
• Collaborate with regional offices to align sales strategies and provide market feedback.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
• Travel 25‑50% of the time to meet clients and support project implementation.

Required profile

• Proven sales track record with a hunter mindset.
• Minimum five years of experience in the data‑centre industry and an existing network.
• Strong consultative selling approach and ability to retain and grow accounts.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
