Technical Sales Advisor

About the role

Halliburton Energy Services is seeking a Technical Sales Advisor to support its Product Service Lines (PSL) portfolio in Abu Dhabi. The role combines technical expertise with sales activities to help customers understand and adopt Halliburton solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Educate customers, operations, and business development teams on PSL features, advantages, and benefits.
• Identify technical needs of customers and provide recommendations for up‑sell opportunities.
• Support proposal preparation and assist in workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with regional business development, account, and technical teams to uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, Halliburton marketing strategies, and technology gaps.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, OE policies, and quality directives during delivery execution.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy services industry, preferably in a field‑based role.
• Strong understanding of PSL technology, development tools, and associated services.
• Ability to work under broad direction and deliver technical solutions.
