About the role

Knauf is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to lead sales activities across Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain. The role combines deep product knowledge with commercial acumen to drive growth for the company's construction material solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets in the assigned markets.
• Forecast sales, analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Leverage technical expertise to understand customer requirements, deliver product demonstrations and provide tailored recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers and internal teams.
• Analyse and report on sales performance, collaborating with cross‑functional departments.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market competition, industry developments and professional training.
