Technical Specialist – Active Directory

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Azure AD Administrator to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on designing, implementing and maintaining Active Directory and Azure AD environments, supporting Microsoft 365 services and ensuring a secure, reliable identity infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage on‑premises Active Directory and Azure AD solutions.
• Integrate identity services with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and related cloud platforms.
• Implement security controls using MS Defender for Cloud and MS Purview.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and provide tier‑2/3 support.
• Document architecture, processes and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with IT infrastructure and project teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 8–10 years of hands‑on experience in Azure cloud administration and Active Directory.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
