Technical Supervisor

About the role

Archirodon is seeking a Technical Supervisor to join its Technical Office team at an Oil & Gas site in the UAE. The role supports the Completion team by managing hand‑over documentation and ensuring accurate record‑keeping throughout project close‑out.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, register and file hand‑over documentation such as Completion Dossiers, RLMU and ASB documents.
• Support the Completion team with all documentation processes and preparations.
• Log, track and update punch‑list registers in the completion database, monitoring movement and sign‑off of punches.
• Track and preserve red‑line mark‑ups for final as‑built turnover.
• Update registers daily in the completion software for documentation submission.
• Control document distribution, ensuring superseded versions are segregated from current versions.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• University‑level qualification.
• 3‑6 years of experience as a QC Document Controller, Technical Office staff or Technical Supervisor.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with engineering numbering conventions, tag allocation, P&IDs and vendor manufacturing data.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage high‑volume technical records under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS Access.
• Knowledge of engineering numbering conventions and tag allocation.
