Technical Support Application Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support Application Engineer to join Mindray’s Dubai team. The role focuses on delivering clinical training, application support, and technical guidance to customers and internal teams. You will act as a bridge between field issues and headquarters to ensure swift resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Use clinical insight to identify customer training and application service needs, handle cases, and summarize common issues and solutions.
• Communicate escalated cases to headquarters, follow up on resolutions, and provide timely feedback to CAS.
• Analyze improvement gaps, conduct internal training, and guide team members to enhance technical capabilities.
• Develop training plans for new CAS, deliver systematic training to achieve certification during probation, and evaluate capability improvements.
• Support delivery of large projects, especially new products or high‑end customers.
• Provide training for distributors’ centralized programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in IVD local service, preferably in Hematology, Biochemistry or Immunoassay.
• Familiarity with hospital Laboratory Information System (LIS) integration.
• Experience building service technology systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work smoothly with engineers.
• Customer‑oriented with good interpersonal and logical thinking abilities.
• Teaching experience and ability to train others.
