Technical Support Engineer (Construction & Geotechnical)

About the role

The Technical Support Engineer provides engineering and technical assistance for dewatering, construction and geotechnical projects. The role ensures prompt, high-quality support to internal teams, clients and field operations across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients, project teams and field engineers, handling inquiries and complaints.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, product data sheets and troubleshooting guides.
• Operate diagnostic and monitoring tools to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist project execution through technical clarifications, testing coordination and commissioning support.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers for product specifications and technical submittals.
• Prepare reports on system performance, fault trends and service activities.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales and service departments to ensure technical consistency.
• Keep CRM information up-to-date and perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geology.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the UAE, including at least 3 years as a Technical Support Engineer in dewatering, construction or geotechnical projects.
• Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
