Technical Support Engineer – IT, CCTV & ELV

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to deliver both remote and onsite assistance for a range of IT, ELV, CCTV and Access Control systems. The role focuses on rapid issue resolution, customer communication and thorough documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers.
• Troubleshoot Outlook, email, Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Manage Microsoft 365 user creation, mailbox administration and SharePoint permissions.
• Diagnose printer, LAN, Wi‑Fi and basic network problems.
• Configure and troubleshoot IP cameras, NVRs, IP phones and CCTV/VMS platforms (Hikvision iVMS, Samsung/Hanwha SSM).
• Set up Access Control systems (Keri, ZKTeco, Hikvision, etc.).
• Handle SIRA portal technical requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and suppliers.
• Read technical drawings, prepare BOQs and maintain service reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in IT, Electronics, Electrical or related field.
• Good networking and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience in IT/ELV technical support is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer‑support skills.
• Ability to own issues through to resolution.
• UAE experience or a driving licence is an advantage.
