Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Tech Fortress is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join its Dubai team. The role is full‑time and on‑site, providing front‑line support for hardware, software and network issues while ensuring minimal downtime for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems reported by users.
• Respond to service requests, document incidents and escalate complex issues.
• Assist with system configuration, user onboarding and access management.
• Perform routine maintenance aligned with information‑security best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to communicate solutions and support IT projects.

Required profile

• Strong technical support and troubleshooting abilities.
• Solid knowledge of operating systems, networks and common business applications.
• Clear communication skills for interacting with users and team members.
• Basic project‑management capabilities to prioritize tasks and meet timelines.
• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
