Technician – Batch Release & Documentation

About the role

Julphar is seeking a Technician to support batch release activities by managing manufacturing and packaging documentation in compliance with cGMP principles. The role ensures accurate tracking and timely distribution of batch files across all sites.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to cGMP principles and maintain compliance.
• Coordinate with the batch review team for receiving, distributing, and tracking batch files.
• Receive manufacturing documents from all Julphar sites and packaging documents from the Physical Lab.
• Enter batch details into the release tracker and update it regularly.
• Work with Quality Control to obtain Certificates of Analysis before release.
• Compile manufacturing and packaging documents for each batch.
• Deliver released batch documents for archiving.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS‑Office (Word and Excel).
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of reporting procedures and record‑keeping.
