Technician – Maintenance & Operations (Ras Al‑Khaimah)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and detail‑oriented Technician to join our team in Ras Al‑Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. You will be responsible for keeping our equipment and systems running smoothly, supporting the operational needs of our fast‑growing hospitality group.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and repair a variety of technical equipment and systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, implementing effective solutions.
• Interpret technical manuals, schematics and blueprints to guide maintenance activities.
• Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs and equipment performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent vocational training.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar technical role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on technical skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in technical environments.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking and organizational abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, as part of a team and respond to emergency calls.
