Technology Recruiter – Agency Experience

About the role

Adecco Middle East is seeking a dedicated Technology Recruiter with strong agency background to support sales teams and external clients in sourcing niche technology talent across Cybersecurity, AI, Cloud, Data and Enterprise domains.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer negotiation, onboarding and post‑placement follow‑up.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals and industry events.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews to assess technical expertise and cultural fit.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies for high‑demand technology roles.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Prepare periodic recruitment reports, analyse metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Negotiate compensation packages aligned with market benchmarks.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in digital and technology recruitment, including at least 1 year in the Middle East market.
• Proven track record delivering niche technology talent in Cybersecurity, AI, Cloud, Data, SAP and Software Development.
• Strong stakeholder management, business development and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of hiring for Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Data & Analytics, SAP, Software Development and Infrastructure.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
