Technology Recruiter – Middle East & Asia

About the role

We are looking for an experienced technology recruiter to join our Dubai team and support candidate delivery across the Middle East and Asian markets. You will build strong candidate networks, source top tech talent and work closely with consultants to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage technology professionals across the Middle East and Asia.
• Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
• Conduct proactive headhunting and market mapping.
• Manage candidate pipelines and achieve recruitment targets.
• Partner with consultants to support client requirements.
• Utilise LinkedIn, databases and networking to identify top talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT/technology recruitment.
• Track record recruiting in the Middle East market.
• Experience recruiting in Asia is highly desirable.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting and candidate engagement abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
• Motivated by targets, growth and career progression.
