Technology Support Analyst II

About the role

Capital Group is establishing its first Middle East office in Abu Dhabi and is looking for a Technology Support Analyst II to deliver exceptional technical assistance to end users. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping colleagues use Capital Group hardware and software effectively while ensuring smooth incident and request handling.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly, focusing on an outstanding end‑user experience.
• Provide training to users on proper use of Capital Group‑provided hardware and software.
• Engage in the Incident and Request processes at a mid‑career level, delivering differentiated support across all user tiers.
• Set up, configure, and provide operational support for technologies managed by Technology Support Services.
• Assist senior team members with troubleshooting and identification of common issues.
• Resolve more complex technical problems assigned through user walk‑up or remote channels.

Required profile

• Mid‑career professional with strong communication skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset and ability to explain technical concepts in plain language.
• Experience working within structured incident and request management processes.
• Capability to work independently and collaborate with more experienced colleagues.
