Tele Sales Executive – Fit‑out Services

About the role

Creation House is looking for a motivated Tele Sales Executive to drive new business for its interior fit‑out services in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact with potential clients, qualifying their needs and setting up meetings for the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Make cold calls, follow‑up calls and send emails to introduce our fit‑out services.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Understand prospect project requirements, timelines and budgets to qualify opportunities.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the Business Development team.
• Follow up leads to convert inquiries into confirmed projects.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and activities in the CRM system.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Collaborate with sales and project teams for smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors and opportunities in the interior design and construction sector.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1‑2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing or business development; experience in fit‑out, construction or interior design is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence in making cold calls and generating new business opportunities.
