Tele-Sales Specialist

About the role

A Dubai-based team is looking for a Tele-Sales Specialist to use technical sales expertise to make outbound calls, qualify leads, present product solutions and drive revenue growth. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to meet sales targets while delivering strong customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote technical products and services
• Qualify leads, identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Explain complex product features and benefits clearly and persuasively
• Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software
• Meet individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Handle customer inquiries, address objections and resolve issues promptly
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services
• Work with sales, marketing and technical teams to improve sales strategies and materials

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience in technical tele-sales or tele-sales agent roles
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Customer service orientation, including experience as a customer service agent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle objections professionally

Required skills

• Technical aptitude to understand and demonstrate product features
• CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Preferred: multilingual ability (e.g. Arabic, English, Hindi), experience in the Dubai or Middle East market, familiarity with IT or telecoms, and knowledge of SPIN Selling or MEDDIC
