Telecaller – Outbound Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Telecaller to make outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our technology and AI solutions. You will play a key part in generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and clearly explain product features, use cases, and benefits.
• Qualify leads based on company criteria, ensuring only pipeline‑ready prospects are passed to sales.
• Book and schedule meetings for the sales team, coordinating availability and confirming appointments.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects who have not yet committed to a meeting.
• Update and maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and meeting bookings in the CRM system.
• Meet daily and weekly call and meeting‑booking targets.
• Build rapport with potential clients through confident, clear, and professional communication.

Required profile

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation is preferred.
• Comfortable discussing tech and AI products at a basic level and willing to learn quickly.
• Strong attention to detail when qualifying leads.
• Goal‑oriented with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable using CRM or call‑tracking tools.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
