Telecom Mason – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Mason to join our team on telecom infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on civil works such as manholes, chambers and fibre‑optic network installations, ensuring high‑quality finishing and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform JRC (Joint Rough Construction) finishing and repair work.
• Construct and maintain manholes, telecom chambers and related ducting.
• Carry out BTMG (Bore‑Through‑Manhole‑Ground) repair tasks.
• Install and finish tiles, blockwork, plastering and concrete structures.
• Execute civil and infrastructure works for telecom projects, including reinstatement and routine maintenance.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of hands‑on masonry experience in telecom or related construction.
• Immediate availability; candidates already residing in the UAE are preferred.
• Previous work with UAE telecom operators or contractors (e.g., Etisalat, e&) is advantageous.
• Experience with FTTH/FTTx fibre‑network civil works, ducts, chambers and JRCs.
