Telemarketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our services, and driving revenue through effective telephone outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with colleagues to foster team spirit.
• Research online to identify potential clients and contact the appropriate decision‑maker by phone.
• Present product information clearly and accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, outcomes, and lead notes.
• Track personal performance daily and attend campaign briefings.
• Visit client venues when required.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of business information.
• Use company scripts appropriately and provide feedback for script improvement.
• Follow up with clients for certificate delivery and payment collection.
• Coordinate service delivery scheduling (e.g., audits, training).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Any nationality accepted.
• Full‑time availability.
• Willingness to work under commission targets.
