About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Telemarketing Specialist to generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for our real‑estate agents in Dubai’s fast‑moving market. As the first point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and book appointments for real‑estate agents.
- Conduct consistent follow‑ups to maximise conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly target metrics.
Required profile
- Proven experience in telemarketing or telesales.
- Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Target‑driven, resilient and disciplined work ethic.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- CRM proficiency.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
