About the role
Join the hotel team and brighten guests’ days by handling incoming calls with a friendly, upbeat attitude. You will be the voice of hospitality, delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional phone support, responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and operations.
- Support emergency response by relaying accurate, detailed information to the appropriate teams.
- Leverage communication tools such as the PBX system and computer applications to support daily operations.
