Telesales Executive – Dubai Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Telesales Executives to join our Dubai real‑estate team. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will contact prospective buyers and investors, present suitable property options and guide them through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified prospects and respond to inbound inquiries generated via marketing channels.
• Present residential, commercial and off‑plan property opportunities tailored to client needs.
• Qualify leads, record interactions and update information in the company CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle inquiries and concerns.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate and close sales in a target‑driven environment.
• Familiarity with Dubai’s real‑estate market is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Previous telesales or inside‑sales experience preferred, yet highly motivated candidates without it are welcome.
