Telesales Executive (Gujarati & Hindi) – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a confident, target‑driven Telesales Executive who is fluent in Gujarati and Hindi to join our Dubai team. You will handle high‑volume outbound calls, engage prospects, and turn leads into successful sales while providing a professional and energetic customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Deliver persuasive sales pitches, handle objections, and close deals.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products or services.
• Assist clients with account opening and first deposit processes.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
• Build rapport with customers using a professional communication style.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
• 1–5 years of telesales experience in CFD, Indian stock, or mutual fund markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Target‑oriented with a customer‑focused approach.
