Telesales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Telesales Executive to join our growing real‑estate team. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, promoting property projects over the phone, and supporting the sales pipeline through proactive outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to present and promote real‑estate projects.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through cold calling and follow‑up activities.
• Explain property features, pricing structures, and investment benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team or property consultants.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
• Follow up with interested clients to close sales opportunities and achieve weekly/monthly targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Dubai real‑estate telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (mandatory).
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and sales abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Goal‑oriented with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
