About the role

Enclave Real Estate, a leading award‑winning real estate firm in Dubai, is looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join its multinational sales team. You will work with high‑quality daily leads, promote our property portfolio, and turn prospects into satisfied clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to qualify fresh marketing leads and secondary data.
  • Promote real‑estate offerings and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update client information using the Bitrix CRM system.
  • Follow up with clients to build lasting relationships and close deals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in the real‑estate sector.
  • Professional English communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear pronunciation.
  • Ability to handle calls gracefully while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Highly organized, self‑motivated, and target‑driven.
  • Multilingual candidates are preferred.

Required skills

  • Experience with Bitrix CRM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
