Telesales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our fast‑growing real‑estate team in Dubai. You will work with company‑provided leads to qualify prospects, generate quality appointments and support our sales force in closing high‑value property deals.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using provided databases and lead lists.
• Qualify prospects, identify genuine buying or selling interest, and book appointments for the sales team.
• Build professional relationships with potential clients through clear and courteous communication.
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system after each interaction.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs for call volume and lead generation.
• Follow up with prospects to maximise conversion opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real‑estate telesales.
• Fluent English (C1 level) and Hindi.
• Experience contacting clients in the US market is a strong plus.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
